SEED Latam is backed by the Ethereum Foundation and focused on developing the Web3 ecosystem across Latin America, from institutional relationships to grassroots education.
The Challenge
There was no communications function to inherit. Governments, universities, and central banks needed a reason to take a young, foundation backed org seriously, in a region where Web3 still reads as speculative to most institutions.
Strategy
I built the communications function from zero: narrative, press, institutional relations, and social media, designed around one goal. Making Web3 legible and credible to people who don't work in it.
Execution
Direct outreach and relationship building with Argentina's Central Bank, the Ministry of Education, Banco Nación, and dozens of universities, alongside the day to day press and social operation.
Results
- Communications function built from zero to fully operational
- Institutional partnerships closed with government, central banks, and dozens of universities
Learnings
Institutions don't move because a technology is impressive. They move because someone they trust explains, patiently and repeatedly, why it matters to them specifically.
