A motorcycle courier app for Buenos Aires. Each courier gets their own booking link, customers get an instant price quote and a direct handoff to WhatsApp, and the whole thing runs on a paid subscription. It is an operating business with paying users, not a prototype.

A presentation engine that renders decks as HTML instead of slides, so a client's visual identity lives in one block of design tokens and every deck inherits it. Currently producing the material for a five-session training program.
Publishes market commentary on a schedule, in a defined editorial voice, pulling live data and drafting through an LLM with a fixed persona. It writes like me because the constraints were written by me.
A local assistant that receives messages and voice notes, transcribes them, and answers in context. Runs unattended on a scheduled service, no cloud subscription involved.
