Things I built that are running right now.

I'm not a developer by training. I'm someone who understands business and brand well enough to know what to build, and stubborn enough to keep it running. Everything below is in production, not in a repository waiting for a weekend.

Fletta

A motorcycle courier app for Buenos Aires. Each courier gets their own booking link, customers get an instant price quote and a direct handoff to WhatsApp, and the whole thing runs on a paid subscription. It is an operating business with paying users, not a prototype.

FlowPay

A cross-chain payment engine you operate in plain language: you describe the transfer, it resolves the route, the chain and the destination. Built during ETHGlobal New York with a natural language layer on top of a routing API, on-chain identity resolution and a public transaction log.

Digital commerce infrastructure

Marketplace API integration for a retail operation: automated catalog publishing, pricing and margin logic that accounts for real fees and shipping costs, and an operational control panel replacing the spreadsheet the team used to maintain by hand.

The client, the category and the implementation details are not published.

Content automation pipeline

Publishes market commentary on a schedule, in a defined editorial voice, pulling live data and drafting through an LLM with a fixed persona. It writes like me because the constraints were written by me.

Conversational WhatsApp agent

A local assistant that receives messages and voice notes, transcribes them, and answers in context. Runs unattended on a scheduled service, no cloud subscription involved.

Market intelligence agent

Collects opportunities from multiple sources every morning, scores them against a defined set of criteria, discards the noise and delivers what's left as a short brief. Built for my own use, and the pattern transfers to any sourcing problem.
