Every project gets its own plan.

I don't sell packages. The work is scoped to what you're actually trying to move, in the time you actually have. Below is what I'm good at, and how a conversation usually turns into a plan.

01

AI enablement for teams

For teams that either use AI badly or don't use it at all, and can't afford to spend six months finding out which.

Training built backwards from your team's real friction. We map where hours actually go, then rebuild those specific tasks with AI in the room, using your files and your clients.

  • Friction audit before a single slide is written
  • Live sessions where the team rebuilds its own workflows
  • Reusable prompts, templates and processes that stay after I leave
  • A baseline of hours before, measured against hours after
Currently delivering a five-session program for a communications agency in Argentina.
02

Digital channel development

For companies whose product should be selling online and isn't, or is selling without anyone knowing whether it's profitable.

I open and operate digital channels end to end: marketplace integrations, catalog automation, and the pricing and control layer that tells you what's actually making money.

  • Marketplace API integration and automated catalog publishing
  • Pricing and margin logic, with real costs and fees included
  • Operational dashboards instead of exported spreadsheets
  • Process documentation so your team can run it without me
Active engagement in retail. Client and implementation details are not published.
03

Communications and narrative

For companies entering Latin America, or already here and invisible to the people who decide.

Ten years of institutional access, press and positioning across the region, now run with systems that compress the research and the drafting so the judgment gets the time.

  • Institutional relationships: regulators, banks, universities
  • Press strategy and narrative that survives a hard question
  • Event, sponsorship and community presence
  • Messaging your own team can repeat without a script
Ten years across fintech, institutions, governments, regulators and universities in the region.
How it starts

Three steps, no proposal theatre.

01

A conversation

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, I tell you honestly if I'm the right person for it.

02

A scoped plan

Written, specific, with what's included, what isn't, and what it costs. Sent within a week.

03

The work

Fixed scope or ongoing, whichever fits. You always know what's running and what's next.

Some projects are two weeks, some are six months, some shouldn't happen at all. I'll say so in the first call rather than in month three.
Contact

Tell me what you're trying to move.

The more context in the first message, the more useful the first call.
